Le créateur de la série télévisée « Les experts » lancera dès la semaine prochaine un roman policier qui nécessite de se connecter toutes les vingt minutes à Internet.
Anthony Zuiker, créateur de la série télévisée américaine «Les experts» lancera la semaine prochaine le premier «roman numérique» aux Etats-Unis. Baptisé Level 26, ce roman policier sera accompagné par un site internet et des vidéos.
Toutes les 20 minutes, les lecteurs devront se connecter, via un code spécial, à un site web pour y visionner un film de trois minutes, baptisé «cyber-passerelle», qui donnera un nouvel éclairage sur l’histoire. Le livre pourra néanmoins être lu sans s’en référer à ces «cyber-passerelles».
Tout en étant certain que le roman numérique ne pourra pas remplacer l’édition traditionnelle, Anthony Zuiker estime que «l’avenir en termes de divertissement devra être la convergence des différents médias», notamment parce que la capacité d’attention des gens est de plus en plus réduite.
